Overview
We are looking for you, a motivated, hungry and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales crew. In this role you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships and effectively marketing our SaaS solution.
Your responsibility
- New customer acquisition: identifying and approaching potential customers, building relationships and gaining new business opportunities through your network, cold calling, partners and existing customers.
- Manage sales cycles: Orchestrate the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, including proposal preparation, negotiation and contract closing.
- Product demonstrations: Conducting product demos (online and on-site) and presentations to illustrate the added value of our solutions.
- Disciplined management of the HubSpot CRM and accurate planning and forecasting on a quarterly basis.
- Collaboration with the entire ahead team in the areas of customer success, marketing and product.
- Campaigns: Implementation of outreach campaigns and collaboration on marketing events (physical and virtual).
Your profile
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in direct sales of B2B SaaS products in Switzerland.
- Specialist knowledge: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication skills: Excellent oral and written language skills (Swiss German, German and English).
- Negotiation skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
- Technical understanding: Sound understanding of SaaS products and their possible applications.
- Ability to work in a team: Ability to work effectively in a team and with different departments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science or a related field is an advantage.
- Tech stack: HubSpot knowledge is an advantage
- Resident in Switzerland or Germany
